Performance SLA

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Service Level Agreement describes the availability target Growlift commits to and the remedy if we miss it. It applies to eligible paid plans; the specific tier that includes a contractual SLA is noted in your order or on the pricing page. Live status is published on our status page.

Availability commitment

Growlift targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the core application (dashboard sign-in, the API, and the daily publishing pipeline), measured over each calendar month.

How uptime is measured

Monthly uptime is the percentage of minutes in the month during which the core service is available, excluding the exclusions below. "Unavailable" means the core service returns errors for substantially all requests for a sustained period, as recorded by our monitoring.

Exclusions

  • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance on the status page
  • Outages caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control
  • Issues caused by your configuration, integrations, or misuse of the service
  • Force majeure events

Service credits

If we miss the availability target in a given month, eligible customers may request a service credit against a future invoice:

  • 99.0% to below 99.9% — 10% of that month's fee
  • 95.0% to below 99.0% — 25% of that month's fee
  • Below 95.0% — 50% of that month's fee

Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for any availability shortfall. To claim a credit, email support@growlift.com within 30 days of the affected month.

Support response targets

We aim to acknowledge support requests within one business day, and faster for higher-tier plans. Support targets are goals, not contractual guarantees, unless stated otherwise in your order.

Plans without a contractual SLA are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. This page is a summary; where you have signed an order or master agreement with different terms, those terms control.
